How to use Nicorette QuickMist SmartTrack
To open the Nicorette® QuickMist SmartTrack mouth spray:
1. Use your thumb to slide down the back button until you can push it lightly inwards. Don’t push too hard.
2. While pushing in, slide upwards to unlock the top of the dispenser. Then release the button.
To use the QuickMist once it's open:
3. Point the spray nozzle towards your open mouth and hold it as close to your mouth as possible.
4. Press the top of the dispenser to release one spray into your mouth.
5. Do not to inhale while spraying to avoid getting spray down your throat. For best results, don't swallow for a few seconds after spraying.
Close the QuickMist once you're done:
6. Slide the button down until you can push it inwards.
7. Push in and slide the top of the dispenser downwards. Release the button to close the QuickMist. Close every time after use to prevent use of the spray by children and accidental spraying.
If you are using QuickMist for the first time or if you have not used the spray for 2 days, you must first prime the mouthspray.
Point the spray safely away from you and any other adults, children or pets.
Press the top of the QuickMist with your index finger three times until a fine mist appears.
Nicorette® QuickMist SmartTrack also links to a mobile app, so you can track your progress.
All you need to do is tap your QuickMist SmartTrack against your phone after each spray.
Using NFC technology, the QuickMist SmartTrack sends your usage data to the app, tracking each use so you can see how often you've sprayed.
It can be a great way to see how you gradually decrease your usage, as you work towards cutting down or quitting altogether.
Frequently Asked Questions
If you are able to stop smoking you should use the mouthspray, when needed, in place of cigarettes. As soon as you can (this could be after a number of weeks or months) you should reduce the number of sprays until you have stopped using them completely.
If you are unable to stop smoking or do not feel ready to quit at this time, you should replace as many cigarettes as possible with the mouthspray. There are toxins in cigarettes that can cause harm to your body. NICORETTE® - QuickMist SmartTrack provides a safer alternative to smoking, for both you and those around you. Reducing the amount of cigarettes may also help you to become more motivated to stop smoking. As soon as you are ready you should aim to stop smoking completely.
You can also use the mouthspray on those occasions when you can't or don't want to smoke e. g. Social situations such as a party, in the pub or when at work. When making a quit attempt behavioural therapy, advice and support will normally improve the success rate.
If you have quit smoking and want to stop using the mouthspray but are finding this difficult you should contact your doctor, nurse or pharmacist for advice.

Ingredients and Usage
Nicorette® QuickMist Cool Berry SmartTrack™ 1mg/spray mouthspray
Oromucosal spray. For oral use only
Directions: For adults and children 12 years and over. It is important to use enough nicotine spray to control cravings.
Use 1 spray first when you would normally smoke/vape, or have cravings to smoke/vape. If your cravings do not disappear within a few minutes use a second spray. If 2 sprays are required to control cravings, future doses may be delivered as 2 consecutive sprays. Do not use more than 2 sprays per dose or 4 sprays per hour or 64 sprays per day.
Care should be taken not to spray the eyes. If you get spray in your eyes rinse thoroughly with water. Do not inhale whilst spraying to avoid getting spray down your throat.
NICORETTE® QuickMist Cool Berry SmartTrack™ is used to relieve and/or prevent withdrawal symptoms and reduce the cravings you get when you try to stop smoking tobacco or vaping or when cutting down the number of cigarettes/e-cigarettes you smoke/vape. It provides a safer alternative to smoking tobacco for both the individual and those around them.
Using the app:
1) Download the Nicorette® app from the Google Play or Apple app store, and complete setup,
2) After every spray, tap your phone against the NFC chip on the mouthspray label and hold until you get a confirmation. You don’t need to be in the app to record a spray, as long as it is open in the background.
iPhone 7, 7 Plus, 8, 8 Plus and X users must open the app to record a spray. Press ‘+’ and select ‘QuickMist SmartTrack’. Tap and hold your phone against the NFC chip on the mouthspray label after every spray.
3) Track your progress in the Nicorette® app.

are pregnant or breastfeeding,
have ever experienced seizures (fits),
have diabetes,
are taking other medicines such as clozapine, theophylline and ropinirole,
have a stomach/duodenal ulcer, inflammation of the stomach/oesophagus,
have liver or kidney disease,
have an overactive thyroid or a tumour of the adrenal gland.
May initially cause mouth and throat irritation. Contains ethanol.
You are more likely to quit smoking/vaping when using this product with help from your pharmacist, doctor, a trained counsellor or a support programme.
