EPISODE 2: PARENTS

Smoking is one of the hardest addictions to quit. What may have started out as a bit of mindless fun can quickly turn into a long-term habit, often following you into the different stages of life.
This is especially true for fathers who find it more challenging to successfully quit smoking after the birth of a new baby, in comparison to new mums who smoked at the time of conception.
Meet dads Rickesh, Kevin and James, as they join the 60-day experiment in partnership with Nicorette and Channel 4.
Click the video to watch how they manage the process, whilst navigating family life and embracing the journey to their future selves.

EPISODE 3: VAPERS

In 2024, 10.7% of British adults are vaping which is at an all-time high. As a more socially accepted counterpart to traditional cigarettes, the appeal is addicting especially for our contributors Ramona, Thomas, Niamh and Ryan. Watch them as they embark on this unique 60-day experiment with Channel 4 and Nicorette, on their quest to break the cycle and become vape free.

Nicotine is an addictive substance, which makes quitting smoking (and vaping) so difficult. Nicorette also contains nicotine but is designed specifically to fight craving as you reduce to quit tobacco/nicotine. We believe that being free of both tobacco and nicotine is the best quitting outcome, so we do not encourage use of our products unless it is within the context of quitting (including reducing prior to quitting). If you have a concern or an issue with ongoing use of Nicorette, please contact Nicorette Customer Services or speak directly to your GP/HCP for further guidance.
